The Resistograph — the first product we designed for Bastak, a company that develops and manufactures flour and grain quality-control devices — is a multi-station automated laboratory instrument that measures dough resistance and extensibility to determine flour quality. The Farinograph, an alveograph testing device developed for wheat flour, forms a product family with it. This shared design language, revealing the potential of sheet-metal forming through press-brake techniques, also defines the identity of the other products we designed for Bastak.
